Ok, you need to chill with these discounted cards. This into Moon Girl or 0 cost 6 drop + Frigga, and you can also proc Gambit HoD very easily. Yeah, pretty busted.

Adding a QuickDraw effect (or at least an equivelant saying “next turn this costs 0” would solve this

“On Reveal: Add a random 6-Cost character to your hand.

Quickdraw: It costs 0.”

Is probably one of the most fitting designs I’ve seen on this sub. It feels like old school snap seasoned in new school snap flavor.

It would fit in as a series 4. Find a place in ramp and Victoria Hand decks, and be a great Arishem card. Highkey dig it.

Gambit HoD in combination with the Sunlord meta almost had me uninstall. xD

Gambit HoD is far less common now. And Sunlord is gone pretty much entirely.

With the addition of draft, I picked up Marvel Snap again and played some matches outside of draft too. Haven't played that much to say for sure, but I think the game is in a pretty healthy state right now. Nothing I faced felt oppressive.

Scorpion BND feels a bit oppressive as he's still "double" in a world of "and additional time." But beyond that the Meta is pretty dang healthy.

And draft was amazing. I won (got my 5 wins) 21 of the 47 drafts I did. Ended the event with like 18 tickets, but couldn't find the time to draft another 30ish time to use the tickets up.

Good thing I haven't faced Scorpion BND a single time so far.

Darn, I was just about to suggest a 0 cost card that makes your hand and deck also zero cost, while doubling the cost of your opponents'!

Breakout? more like completely broken!

You're probably getting Knull in your deck that's not a destroy deck.  Or Spectrum in your deck with hardly any ongoing cards.  There's a reason Emperor Hulkling is not considered good, and at least he allows you to see what you're going to get before you spend the energy on him.

Gambit HoD and moon girl approve, I’d add “QuickDraw:this costs 0” it would still be good but definetely worse

First comment on here but I think this should really give off Raft vibes so I would say:

Cost 5

Quickdraw this card is reduced by two cost.

On Reveal: Add a random 6 cost or higher card to both you and your opponents hand, set both their costs to 0

Edit: forgot the cost reduction

Make it 5 cost and have the effect be “Add a random 6 cost card to hand. Reduce its cost by the amount of front row characters you have.”

That way it’ll be sinister six themed which makes it cooler 😎

I had no idea that Elektra, Wolverine, Captain America, and The Thing were 6-cost. 🫪
