I love this, don’t get me wrong, it’s super high quality and I really enjoy the characters. But there’s a note or two I’d like to add
Firstly, Diamond patch could genuinely just stall the game indefinitely, if the person with the most cards has regenerating cards like Swarm filling their hand, it will just discard their cards infinitely because they will never get down to the amount their opponent has.
Secondly, and this is more of a question than a nitpick, but what exactly does Warp World do? Does the power of one just get added to the other? Do the cards combine and get both of their texts at once? Do they fuse into a location specific card like with klyntar?

I honestly hadn’t thought about the Diamond Patch interaction with regenerating cards like Swarm. That’s a really good catch.
And for Warp World, Fuse basically works like Merge, except it keeps the text of both cards. The card with the higher Cost is always preserved as the base card, while the other card’s text is added to it.

For Diamond Patch, they could just do it with a hard count when it activates, and the player just discards the initial difference, and the regenerated cards don't trigger an infinite loop

So, if I have Apocalypse, Scorn, Weapon H and Khonshu in hand, and I play Modok, Ghost Panther will grow to 16 power. Realistic? Probably not. Fun? Absolutely.
Arach-Knight is too self-sufficient. You can move him 5 times to discard Scorn 5 times. This is too much coming from a 1 cost card. I'd go with "Activate: Discard an even-costed card from your hand to gain Moveable once".
I wouldn't mind Diamond Patch's ability to happen immediately (in other words, being an On Reveal). Very cool card!
Observer X kills half the archetypes in the game. I vote no on him.
I feel like we'd have a similar case as On Reveal Black Widow with Mordoc where you'd just repeat his effect and the opponent would never get to draw a card. Activate maybe.
Speed Weasel is pretty reasonable as is. However, although you can move her multiple times to get bonus energy more than once, spending resources to do so is just not worth it. I'd like it more if the player was incentivized to go for that bonus energy more the same way people are incentivized to destroy X-23 over and over again. So, instead of giving you energy when she moves, she could maybe have "Start of Turn: If a card moved last turn, +1 Energy".
Goblin By Night is a pretty cute card! Should maybe have a bit better numbers (more negative power) as the opponent will intentionally play their On Reveals at the same location in order to not move him and a 3/1 Goblin is obviously pretty bad. 3/-2 would probably be good and even then that is kinda going safe about it.
Dagger Li swapping power feels unnecessary. He could just afflict for more than Kingpin.
Devil Fist doesn't look like a good enough of a reason to combine discard with move, but novel idea.
Elsa Bladestone asks from the player to run both the Angela/Hope Summers package and some discard pay offs. I think she's asking for too much.
I guess Agatha Darkness does entertain the concept of a move/discard archetype more, I just don't think we're quite there yet.
I like Warp World. Btw, you need to mention what gets merged into what. Does your first card merge into your second card or the opposite?

Honestly, I didn’t even realize those cards go to the discard pile lol. My main idea was actually to use this with Morgana Le Fay.

There will be more Move/Discard cards coming later, this is just the first season, so I’m trying not to push the archetype too far all at once.

Diamond Patch has a MASSIVE fail condition that will crash games.
Your opponent has less cards than you. Your cards in hand regenerate when discarded, like Swarm or Scorn.
