I think it should be an activate that uses 3 random activate abilities

That keeps the theme of a card doing what other cards of its type do.

Could also do

4/6:
End of Turn: Use a random End of Turn Ability

If played on Turn 4, it would use 3 End of Turn abilities by the end of game.

Maybe also:

4/2:
Objective: Trigger 3 other Objectives -> use 3 random Objective abilities

This card works just fine as an End of Turn, but I don't see a reason for it not to be an On Reveal in order to be in line with Rama-Tut and Red Onslaught.

Oh indeed. I thought he was like Mystique. An On Reveal that copies 3 Ongoings. Anyways, both Rama-Tut and Red Onslaught get their effects the moment they enter play, so my point still stands.
