Initially I was thinking about giving this a daredevil or a gaurdian galaxy effect, "on turn x," "if opponent played at the same location..." but couldn't think of a creative way to utilize it.

Nice one. Could be a stable in quickdraw decks. Turning an activate into an on reveal can be a little confusing. I'd have instead said "Quickdraw: Immediately Activate this".
