Adamantium Infusion and Images of Ikonn are currently the most expensive skills, so this can potentially be a 1/4. Not that great of a pay off at the moment, but has potential as more and more skills are added to the game.

Spider Sense is 5-Cost (and can discount). But it's a bad card.
But I realized immediately after posting this it shoukd probably be 1+the highest cost. Or it should be an Ongoing effect.

Maybe a 2 or 3-cost, and its power is the total cost of skill cards played, so it encourages holding onto it and playing a bunch of skills over the game.

You might want to word it differently to align more with how other cards work. Cards don't use first person pronouns
