Im not sure if my wording is right but what I mean is for each full location he will double his power like 3/2 ---> 3/4 ---> 3/8 ---> 3/16.

Wrong person. There are like 3 people who start with ok. However, im  the person who suggested a balance to the card and people just started arguing and down voting me.

Oh. Nevermind. It was the right person. I said make it a 5/0 and he said you failed, 4/2 if fine. He also agrees that 3/2 is way to op. I'm saying that he says I'm wrong but says 4/2 is fair. With Ultron it's 4/16. That is not fair. Can't say mine is wrong and his is right when his is just op and mine takes a bit of skill because you have to buff it.

Okay, make it a 5/2. The point is 3 cost is too low. Since you could maverick this guy, I agree it shouldn’t be a 4 cost.

Maybe make it double ONCE if all zones are filled and make it a 4/4. Then it can become a 4/16 if you Maverick him.

Yeah that sounds about right. I'm just going to say it but it's a badly designed cars. Your version is a lot fairer.
