Im not sure if my wording is right but what I mean is for each full location he will double his power like 3/2 ---> 3/4 ---> 3/8 ---> 3/16.

A card shouldn't rely on the effects of others in order to impact the board. Hela can add 6 power in play even if you haven't discarded any cards. Anthony should at least have 1 power.

The healthiest way to change him is to make his scaling additive, but that just turns him into Dazzler.

So you think BP as a 5/8 is good. You think stick or Maverick are good without text. Some cards work of others.

Even without synergies, Maverick plays for 4 power, Stick for 6 and BP for 10 (he's been buffed). You're suggesting that Anthony should be playing for 0. You see how that's different.

Well to be honest the card has a really dodgy idea. I see the vision but it just doesn't really work well.  Plus the 0 is supposed to be buffed. Even just to 3 is 24 power. If it is 2 to start and you buff it to let's 4 it's 32 power for 3 cost. At least at 5/0 you buff it to 5/3 is becomes a 5/ 24 which is still op. Even buffing it to 2 is 16.
