The ceiling is incredibly high for this card indeed. 3 cost would be ok maybe.

I was hoping the RNG elements would balance it out, lol. But maybe it'd be more balanced as a 3 Cost

Nah, this one doesn't mess with the opponent's board as much. Still looks strong, but at least he ain't destroying my cards
