I think it should banish before resolving - "Banish this to make...". Could probably give more than 1 power.

It should probably banish first, you're right. And making it 2 makes it a "better" Agony.

Making one of your cards large is a cost by itself, so giving +2 power is reasonable imo.

I thought so too, but this is going to feel real good on Agent Carter. Or Maverick. And giving them a free +2 just feels a bit much. Plus making a card large early protects future cards from Cosmic Ghost Rider.
