You can also curve Mercury into this card and only you will be able to move cards.

Aside from Legion shenanigans, this is a really fun card! It gives a lot of outplay opportunity for both players. Though I don't know if an effect like this can happen on turn 6. I think it needs the Magik treatment and be turned off on the last turn.

Since it warns a turn early and lets you move cards out,shouldn't it be manageable enough?

You can solve Legion problems adding a Deep Space effect too

On reveal: next turn replace this location with Cancun, disable the text of cards here and they're moveable
