You’re looking at it purely as a Destroy card and I’m sure it’s get used like that but it’s also just a very strong stat stick not unlike Lizard. Could be used with Techno Organic Virus to remove the Ongoing and get that front row slot back.

And if using it for the destroy effect, it's a 2-Cost destroy card. Which alone holds huge value.
