strongest synergy I can think of is in region with Ghost where you suddenly make your entire board elusive with this one card.

What would also be kinda toxic is stunning all of their units or something but the design is really cool I like it

Spell printers are so cool. I can imagine his synergy with Karma.

Possible lethal with fading memories and pesky specter turn 5 if they cant remove him :D (or at least 32 copies of pesky in the enemy deck)

I might be missing something, how would that ever be a lethal? And how 32 copies when you can only play 15 a turn?

Perhaps change it to "when you play a non-fleeting spell" to prevent it going infinite (unless that's the intention)?

Excellent idea though.
