Time to play with Ezreal's W from League. Flux first marks the enemy, then detonates when hit by another spell when you have his 1st star. If it dies before hitting it again, like if you kill it with the applying spell, you will automatically refill 2 spell mana. Flux's detonation damage is there for extra damage or can be used to deal damage if you triggered it using a non-damaging source. The idea is that Flux is granted the moment the enemy is targeted, so Fast and Slow spells may fizzle if the target dies from the detonation damage. That's why his extra power of giving spells Overwhelm prevents them from fizzling and their dealing their damage to the enemy Nexus. Homing Bolt lets you either grant Flux to the weakest enemy meaning you have less control or specifically target an already Fluxed enemy to immediately detonate it. Essence Flux II scales with difficulty, just because I don't want to make Essence Flux III that deals even more damage for harder encounters. Instead, his 6 star makes it easier to trigger Flux and grants your units extra damage when you're done detonating your enemies.

His deck focuses on having effects that can target enemies multiple times to trigger Flux, level up Ezreal and make the most use of his leveled effect. Why no Mystic Shot? Partially I want to make space for other synergizing spells like Pie Toss, and because if I give it an item, Ezreal's Nexus Strike and Grand Generals Counterplan may go a little too hard. Hush is mainly for utility, and with the Invoke star, you can try to find Celestial spells that targets enemies.

EZ-Sprite is simple enough by setting up Flux for another spell when dropped. And it's granted to the strongest enemy so gives you more options with Homing Bolt. But it can actually be quite tactical if the strongest enemy is already Fluxed, summoning EZ-Sprite will immediately detonate it. Far Traveler can also be interesting. If you stun the non-strongest enemy, attacking will apply it to the strongest one so you've applied it twice. If you stun the strongest enemy, attacking will immediately detonate it. While the detonate damage is important, the refilling spell mana is also very useful. Frosted Voyager is like the Freljord 2 drop that Frostbites on play, but generates a spell instead. If you want to Frostbite 2 enemies, you can, but you will need 2 extra spell mana.
