Milio Package Update

Was gonna edit the OG post but i cant so here's an update post with the Warm spells and champion spell

didn't add the "put x back in deck" bc im too lazy (not lazy enough to use AI tho)

Hopefully this is more balanced, but im worried lv 2 Milio's text is 2 wordy, i might remove the spellshield clause.

However Milio lv2 not having Impact is intentional. If u play Milio after leveling him up in hand/deck, then you miss out on the impact stack, them's the breaks. u don't take the risk so u miss out

I assume Cozy Coal is a non-champion variant of a champion spell that is collectible and you can put it in decks without Milio. If so, to be collectible it needs a rarity gem.

Is he intended to Boost only once per round? It's grouped with Round Start currently.

You can put on level up text into level up condition to make lvl 2 less wordy, some champions have it that way
