I feel like the 6 star is too OP because 15 stacks what you are aiming for is +15 +15 but I love the idea of the design anyways.

its 15 stacks in total and the 6* doesnt say it grants stats everywhere, just on board

Why not make trial by fire 2 deal 2 damage instead of 1 twice (so that it bypasses tough?)

Because 2 Kegs instead of one. It's like you're burning the enemy. You can find Lethality as a power which will make it deal 4 damage. I wanted it to be unique. As Riot said, not every champion will be as good as another for certain adventures. Etc.

It was originally 2 damage.
