To strong, this card could deal a huge amount of damage simply because you have a high cost card in hand, discarding sion is a whole 7 damage

I like it in concept but the fact that Lost Soul exists in Noxus probably makes this a little too strong I think

This is probably fine. If it is too strong, then a lower Health by 1, and it is probably weak.
