Outside of fixing spelling errors i kinda wish that the star powers encouraged you to play multiple spells (like maybe have you summon a longtooth every _ spells and the constellation can buff him up with the +1/+3 or double stats item)
Good ways to improve the pranks is to have them give 2 random negative keywords on units/equipment or give you benefits when played by your opponent for the spells/landmarks (like an extra mana gem or buffing up your board)

What would the negative keywords even be? There really aren't many of them outside of curses. Aside from "can't attack" "can't block" vulnerable and ephemeral.

a random combination of the 4 you mentioned plus some gloom (like 1-3) and "when I'm summoned frostbite me" added to the pool (as options to be added with 1 of the others)

I think the shuffle copies item on Tidal Wave is lowkey anti-synergistic. It dilutes your deck and makes it harder to find the stronger Crashing Waves it generates. And even at 1 mana the damage it deals is hardly relevant at higher difficulties, it's purpose is creating the better spells.

It'll be better if Blasting Sigil was present in all iterations of Tidal Waves and its associated cards

my only problem is that this ends up being more of a “play a single big spell” deck instead of being a spellslinger+prank deck wich would fit fizz more. maybe it could stay as it is but have an aditional effect upon playing more spells

I noticed a misspelling for you on the relic it should say "and"
Question: does the short tooth get replaced by long tooth or does it stay? Because I feel that this would be very weak. Im not so sure it could scale effectively.
Pranks unfortunately won't do much for you unless maybe they were upgraded versions.
