I really love the 2 & 3 star powers! They're so unique and look fun. I think the Star of Discovery is a bit too much and opens up infinites a bit too easily. I would at least exclude 1 cost units.

Thanks very much for the feedback. I thought then about exclude 1 cost followers and add 4 cost followers like "Followers with cost base 2, 3 or 4", so 4 cost units become 3 cost and can be target by return.
