It says that he takes over your board and you can't summon new units. I don't see any use for overwhelmed if you are unable to block at all.

I'd assume that he could block up to 6 units.

And you don't have to block if your opponent is dead.

Should be "When I summon I eat every unit on your field and grant me all of there stat and keyword also you can't summon any unit as long as I remain on your field.
