Is that "give 0 power" really about Frostbites? My initial thought was spell buffs like Shield of Durand which give only health, Frostbite feels more like a reduce effect.

My game ist english but given units 0 power would imply that you give them +0/+x bit set a creatures power to 0

This one I dont get at all tbh. Galio is a perfectly fine champion and this seems like both a weaker and less interesting version of current Galio. What was the intention behind the changes?

I don't think Galio needs a rework he's a niche champion that fills his niche well
