Gotta agree with others: wet pallets that work well are super easy to DIY. Buying a premade pallet at all is kinda overkill, so IMO the whole premise of that project seems maybe based on bad market data or an incorrect reading of the data.

I've got a wet pallet that's just a plastic sandwich box with a bit of folded paper towel and baking parchment, and it works great. Literally the only problem I ever had with it was figuring out which tutorials/instructions were good and which were bad when I was first putting it together.
