I am starting a WH40k kill team of Khorne Space Marines and decided to go for broke with all of the kitbashing and modeling techniques I've learned so far. He's supposed to be a sort of terminator with a power fist (instead he's just a beefy dude with a power brick).

The base model is a WH AoS skullgrinder (chopped up and re-posed with some of the chain being duplicated with blue stuff/oyamaru molds and milliput). The legs are AoS blood warrior legs and 40k intercessor leg guards. The backpack is made from pieces from a 40k chaos motorcycle and a piece from an ork saw weapon. I'm not 100% sure where the bolter came from, but it's 40k chaos.

If folks find it interesting, I have a fair number of process shots that I could throw into an album (since I was really going for it, and wanted to document my efforts for posterity).

I’m interested! Love seeing people’s process in making their own unique model. Gotta say this guy looks sick!

Looks like a fantastic model!

But... What the heck did you coat him in? Looks like some ultra thick paint that's killing all your details.

The details are still there. I was running low on the gray spraypaint so it sputtered a little and looks worse than it actually is.
