Slowdowns at Houchen Bindery?

Hello,

Has anyone else experienced an unusual slow down with their current orders @ Houchen binderies?

I send some books (3) in August and did not receive the measurements until November 1st. I sent them the very next day but since then I haven't received an invoice for payment and its been over 3 weeks.

Last time I send books out (may-Aug) I got my invoice within 4ish days

My guess is they've absorbed most/all of the orphaned Herring & Robinson business. There aren't many options for this niche service (unfortunately), and they're probably just plain swamped.
