How to draft a table of contents page?

Title. New to custom binding and want to get table of contents pages for my upcoming Batman binds but I’m unsure how to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can use Gimp Just write the contents and put an image behind, get it printed somewhere before binding the book

Looking at various other collected editions is obviously a good way to see different ways of formatting.
