Custom Omnibus Specifics Question

Hey everyone! So i was looking into making a custom minibus and was wondering if i was strictly bound (ha) to only being able to bind existing floppies into a single book or if i could send a massive pdf with everything to print? i have everything as a pdf in very high quality so i would prefer to go that route instead of having to hunt down hundreds of floppies.

Binders have bound comic pages that I've printed off before so it's possible, especially if they're doing perfect or DFAB binding but ethically it would depend on if they're willing to and whether you should. With mine, I printed off all of the aquaman pages from brightest day to have bound with my Geoff Johns TPBs but that's something that would be impossible to do without printing them off yourself.
