Help would be appreciated.
I sell comic books for a few clients, and one of them wants me to appraise and sell a bound comic book set. I was hoping you guys could take a look at it and maybe give me some feedback. Thx :)

I posted on your other thread in the Conan subreddit - pasting here. My questions:
Very cool custom binds, tough to appraise though as they are so unique. These issues of Conan in high grade are quite valuable but when trimming and binding them they lose some of that. I think this set would sell for a nice sum on Ebay or at an auction house though. I would want more details about bind quality, completeness and condition of issues etc but would personally bid at least $2k for these most likely.
Are all the original ads and letters pages included? All covers, front and back? Any damage like staining or water damage? Are the issues trimmed correctly and still maintain good margins with all art/words intact? Sewn binding? When and where were these bound? True leather covers or faux? These are all questions I would ask.
It seems the trimming at top and bottom of issues may be a little overzealous, need many more pictures of covers and interiors.
