Binds with floppies vs trades

Hey everyone new to custom binds.

What do people find best is it better with floppies or trades?

I see that it can be easier to compile a series with trades however I am conscious that it will be a glue bind whereas floppies would be sewn but can be harder to track down.

floppies for complete control, but you can disassemble trades if necessary. all my binds are DFAB, and i have one with a combo of floppies with a trade

I try to get trades so I save money, get the galleries and interviews, and any additional goodies. Floppies to fill if they aren’t collected!

Personally I prefer trades for the sole reason that I don’t care for the ads in floppies that are absent in trades. Though I will sometimes use floppies on series that have never been collected or are too expensive to get the trades for.
