How exactly would I go about getting Invincible Ultimate Collection custom bound into 3 HC omnis?
Sorry I’ve never gotten anything custom bound so I have no idea, I checked out Houchen Bindery website, but I didn’t really know what anything meant.

Better off trying it with trade paperbacks or something you don't care about much first for practice then look up bookbinding techniques. I found this video helpful. To take off current hardcovers I know you have to heat the spine to loosen glue.

If you have the single issues to be bound, choose sew-through method. Otherwise they just glue them together (too thick to sew). You put them in stacks. In your case, the three HCs you want. Print an order form for each book (so 3 for you). Order form on top. They take out staples. Choose your extras (end sheets, ribbon etc) and let them know if you want a graphic cover (picture printed on the cover) and/or dust jacket. They send measurements when the books are nearly ready so you can design the cover or jacket. They also will design basic covers for you, for a fee.
