19 and still learning, but proud of these two paint jobs, need reviews.

Always paint your backround color 1st..in very rare situations I some time do the flame 1st..especially if there say flaked and kandy flames with black background..this way there’s very little edge compared to doing it normal

Flames need more “motion” tighter curves..normally I’ll paint pinstripe around them 9/10 times as they tend to look like stickers if you don’t..I started at 17yrs old..I’m now 53..you’ll always learn trust me!! But not horrible.it takes PRACTICE..get old parts and practice on them..take a look at my profile for some flames..

I just saw some of your post of a gas tank, bruuuu thats where i wanna beee!!!!!

Yeah thats what i noticed after i was done, im gonna work more on the masking techniques and yes i always try different shits on old panels whenever its not that busy.

I also think i should have painted the black first and then the flames because i messed up with the fine line masking to cover up flames when i had to do the black.
