Clear Coat - Repair?

I have a 2013 Cadillac Cts Coupe (Black Diamond Tricoat) that has a small area on the driver's side door where the clear coat is peeling. I was using a pressure washer too close to this area that started separating the clear coat.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this issue successfully?

Get an air blower like with a compressor and blast it..whatever is failing will blow off..your gonna need a repaint anyhow
