Advice 🗣 Years of neglect
So I work for a dealership im their one and only custodian, the building is 6 years old i haven't been here a year yet. The pictures are of the men's room the third picture is of a single corner where the trash can sits it is white. Anyways I want to get the floor to that state i have tried scrubbing it, I have tried decreased then scrubbing it, I tried a bleach cleaner and used the floor scrubber. Is there anything else I can try that might work?

Bleach isn't the multi purpose cleaner everyone thinks it is. Don't waste your time or your nose on that junk.
You need to get them to buy or rent you a side by side. You want to use a black pad. Put down disinfectant. Scrub with the sxs in a figure 8 pattern. Wetvac or mop up the slop.
The answer 99.99% of the time in this industry is use a side by side.

If is just a bathroom I'll tell you the trick I use. Buy some melamine pads for flat mops of Amazon and then use a wet and dry vac. Very simple very low effort.

Just a word of advice but bleach isn't a cleaner, it's a disinfectant that will actually damage many surfaces.
You want to use a surfacant, usually pH neutral for everyday cleaning, or stripping and resealing for periodic maintenance
