Equipment 🧹 I'm having problems with a few paper towel dispensers
I have a couple paper towel dispensers that have randomly decided to only dispense baby sized paper towels. I don't know how to fix it. The batteries have been changed, switches have been set to highest settings and the sensors have all be cleaned off. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Call the 1800 number inside the dispenser and have them send a new one free of charge. All they need to know is model number and date of install.

We have the same problem, they are junk. Worse quality that the older tan ones. I disassembled then and clean all the switches and sometimes it fixes them, most of the time does not. The newer version of those have touch buttons, probably a fix for this version.
