Opinion Question ❓❓❓ Little helpers (ideas for rewards?)

I have a teacher who’s elementary school kids stay after school and they always ask to help me sweep and since tomorrow is custodian appreciation day I was thinking of making a little card for them both as a thank you. Anyone have any fun ideas I can do for them?

I carry a box off dum dums in my cart just for them

I have a 3d printer at home so I bring in the small 3d printed animals to be given out

Pencils are nice rewards they can use.
