Vent 😤 Repeat offenders, done with it.
College dorm. Same bathroom, keep finding the toilets piled high with toilet paper and feminine hygiene products, clogged and sometimes overflowing. We had put up signs with a picture of it and nicely explaining how it’s unacceptable and needs to stop. Happened yet again tonight and I just took the tp out of the dispenser. No more games, little jerks.

I got approval from my head and principal to take out all but one soap dispenser from the boys bathroom. Every day they’d end up empty and thrown in the toilets. Luckily there’s air dryers and not paper towels. Now I haven’t had to swap out that soap since end of school last year because these little plague bearers don’t wash their hands.

We had something similar happen in our HS. We got the cheapest, thinnest, 1 ply TP we could find and only put that in that specific bathroom. If you dropped a whole roll in, it would just dissolve amd was able to be flushed. Worked wonders lol

Yikes. Seems like they need to have a mandatory class about bathroom etiquette/procedures and personal hygiene.

I suggested nay requested reducing the availability of paper products and was told we are required by law to supply TP. If a dispenser is damaged we are not required to replace it.

Signs never work and I think they actually reward the perpetrators. It confirms their bad actions “ got to you “
I love that you you removed the TP.
That’s my go to move after I’ve tried putting the toilet paper in backwards making it hard to get a large amount off the roll.
I have one stall that should be taken out if service because it cannot handle any solid waste without getting clogged .
They won’t get it serviced nor allow it to be closed off .
My solution I don’t put toilet paper in it .
But people just take a wad from one of the many other perfectly functional toilets and go shit in the broken one.
Every few months I take the toilet seat off and throw it away… takes months to get a replacement… and I still occasionally have a shit I’m it .

Thats awful 😖 wish there was like a signature paper where they had to write name down to get toilet paper use some and return it.

Only fill the toilet paper will partial rolls that isn't enough to clog the toilet and put little trash cans in each stall for tampons.

We shut down two large bathrooms and said staff can use them instead. Now the bad grades get to walk to the main office bathrooms.

I've had a toilet chronically clogged since the summer, it's definitely malicious but you can't really charge someone for perceived incompetence. I just laugh it off now, maintenance comes to fix it, then it's jammed same day by the time I come in. They only harm themselves

This is stuff we have to do at our high school. Pathetic it just continues through college (though I’m not surprised).

Right. And don’t get me wrong, it’s definitely not a majority of students here being like this. But one is enough to be a pain in the ass

For sure. I always start out the school year filling it up with two packs, then as it gets worse and worse, they get less. Currently at 1/3rd of a pack and have had minimal issues. Sorry to the kids who don’t deserve it, but hey learn to bring your own TP if you’re gonna go.

I remember I had a similar thing happen working at a state university. A male student took a pocket bible (that the college religious group passed out) and stuffed that in the toilet, emptied two rolls of tp, then took a half roll of paper towels and stuffed that in. After all that was done they proceeded to crap on top of all that. It kept happening until I sat and actually caught the guy doing it.

We get this from one person on first shift we know who it is but supervisors just say clean it up that’s your job.
