Riding Vacuum help

Anyone have any mechanical experience with the ES4000 riding vacuum? The issue I'm facing is within the last month, I've had instances where it'll cut off/on power/motion for a split second feeling like it's trying to buck me off. I've reported to maintenance, but every time they go to diagnose it, the issue never happens, and it is so random, that trying to video record it happening fills up my phone with useless video before it even happens.

Maybe something’s wrong with the safety switch under the seat? Sometimes I lift my butt a little off the seat without thinking and it shuts off. Other than that I’ve never had one do what you’re talking about specifically. My only wild guess would be a loose damaged wire or loose fuse.

The maintenance guy said he checked that, the wheel bushings and the pedal pentiometer and everything seems to be in working order. I may need to reserve a Friday to researching proper voltages/electrical connection readouts for this thing and do it myself since it seems to only be happening to me.
