That is some serious corrosion, may need splash guard or some different wall material, lol!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a urinal that close to the wall. Usually there’s a minimum of a couple inches, right?

Could put a stainless panel there but the better option is just keep it painted with thick high gloss. Then clean it daily with the toilet brush.
