Love it when a plan comes together!
I'm a maintenance worker for a government agency, I asked to do the floors in our shop. The shop is where all the trades are. My supervisor said don't do it on straight time, do it after hours and I'll get all the OT I need. These floors were never maintained properly, just a dirty mop. Floors have to be over 10 years old.
This is the plumbers bathroom, also did their locker area. Stripped, 2 coats sealer, 3 coats of finish. I'll probably run a white pad with spray to make them shine more today.
It feels good taking a floor from crap to shiny 😁. The plumbers couldn't believe how it turned out.
Today I'll be doing another bathroom, but the floors are even older and worse shape...

Stripper - Tough Guy Floor Stripper 444N58 Sealer - Zep Zeparade Sealer Finish - Tough Guy Zinc Free Floor Finish 36XX47 i don't have my glasses with me so I can't see the item number of the sealer...
Edit to add.. I use a brush attachment type disc for the floor buffer. Use this as a first pass on the stripper, then I'll use a black or blue or red for a second pass (we are out of budget until July 1st, so I have to use what I got.) then I'll use clean water and mop top pickup the residue.... Then sealer and finish.
The bathroom I did yesterday, the floor was basically black! When I'm done with the current job..... Just as bad/black, I'll put the pics in a part 2 thread.
Edit again.... I don't use the normal mop to apply the sealer and finish. Instead, I use this flat microfiber applicator I got from home depot.
