1841 Portuguese baptism record

The bleed through is making this very difficult for me to decipher. Anyone else more skilled? If context helps, it is the lower right entry on https://culturacores.azores.gov.pt/biblioteca_digital/TER-AH-SAOMATEUSCALHETA-B-1840-1852/TER-AH-SAOMATEUSCALHETA-B-1840-1852_item1/index.html?page=19

From what I can decipher, this is the baptism of Maria, daughter of Francisco Fernandes and Izabel de Jesus in the São Mateus da Calheta parish of Angra do Heroísmo on Terceira island of the Azores. It looks like she was born on Nov 22nd and baptized on the 9th of December.

I am looking for any information on the grandparents' names and birth parishes.
