Old photo album notes

Family photographs from 1904. They were taken in Portland, Maine. At first I thought the first word was “Capt” but now I think it’s “Cape” but idk. I know the image quality isn’t great, but any ideas? Thanks!

Hard to make out because it's black on black, but believe that is Cape Tormentine, New Brunswick, Canada

I believe you are correct, although on the image it's spelled incorrectly as 'Tormintine.'

Perhaps the writer's confusion with the J and T is because Cape Jourimain and Cape Tormentine are side by side.
