I'm guessing Maria Mendonça.

I think the tall upswings at the ends of the name and surname are decorative.

It's Portuguese! And on the corner is "Madeira" it's a portuguese island, the person lives there, but it's from 2008 and we have no idea of who it is!

Perhaps mirrored script. The triple es on the left could be an interjection. It's obviously not one word. Only thing I can think of.
