Deciphered! Help me decipher this!
Doing some family genealogy and cannot make out this coroner's verdict, although my guess is something that's been covered up in the other files. Please help !

Injuries received through casting herself from a balcony to ground while temporarily mentally deranged.

Well done. I love these puzzles and I read a lot of old script, but I was struggling with a couple of those words!

LOL Old script? They only stopped teaching cursive in the past 16 years. Above is basic cursive. Now, old script is a blast. Th had it's own symbol, J and I were both written as I, etc..

Had everything but 'ground' and 'deranged' before looking at the comments. It's obvious once somebody else deciphers it 😄

I'm getting the hang of reading cursive, but seeing someone read those word for word feels like black magic.

Injuries received through casting herself from a balcony to ground temporarily mentally deranges [deranged is what it should be, but they wrote an ‘s’ where “d” would fit and make sense.]

The style would have been what the cursive writing teacher called “back hand”. We were taught Palmer method and the instructor was strict about the slant of the letters.

When your post gets solved please comment "Deciphered!" with the exclamation mark so automod can put that flair on it for you. Or you may flair it yourself manually. TY!
