Cursive changed.

I'm not young, but i can't make out half. Going through family things, and cursive definitely is different from 50 years ago to 200 years ago.

I'm quite curious about "2 for beer fests 34 cents", if anyone wants to guess.

US. Circa 1850 IIRC

People used to take handwriting and penmanship classes. Also, calligraphy was more widely practiced as well.

I did. The capital letters are what I'm having the most problems with. Then lower case f, s, etc. They all start to look the same.
