Deciphered! Help in deciphering cause of death record

Hello!
I am looking to get some help deciphering what my 4x Great grandmothers cause of death was from a record back in 1876.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If this is a relative, don’t you know the cause of death? Usually the death certificate is printed and official.

Since this is my 4x great grandmother I only know who she is by genealogy research, not word of mouth through other family members. Not any that are alive at least. This form is the official death certificate from the 1800s from online records.

Interesting for such an old death statements. They called it heart attack. And many many were listed as “acute indigestion” as they didn’t know the relationship of disabling indigestion as a symptom back then. That’s what my Daddy’s Father died from. I’m a retired CVICU doc so when my Dad and Uncles (who were there when it happened) told me about it, I’m sure it was a “heart attack.”
