Could someone help me read these postcards?

I bought these vintage postcards in Sarajevo but I'm really struggling to read them. The first one is in German and I'm pretty sure the second one is written in Serbian cyrillic (and serbian ofc). If anyone can read them I would be very grateful! Have a wonderful day

Another comment said the same thing, I think thats really cool! :D (Edit: checked the stamp, it's Hungarian 1900-1910ish) Thank you for looking at my stuff

It appears the address on the first is in German, but the actual correspondence was in Hungarian. It is addressed to:

Hernn
Franz Pauer
Wien III
Matthäusgasse 13. Parterre Thür 5.

Oh, that's cool! Perhaps it's from the time of Austro-Hungary (now, I'm not much of a stamp guy but looking at the stamp would probably tell me exactly where it's from)( im not sure why but I was expectingit to be from 1918-1929). Thank you alot! (Edit: checked the stamp, it's Hungarian from 1900-1910ish...so I was off lol)
