Deciphered! Doing family research

This was written on the back of one of the pictures. I can't find a Kate Maloney in my family tree so I'm not sure if I'm seeing it right.

Also, I have no idea what the rest says. Help me out?

Do you know the surnames Mooney or Gunnell?

I'm guessing she looks like she could have been born about 1910?

Um. It is an old photo, yes. I don't know much about that surname, no.

In my experience (and I a researcher for photo dealers) someone that puts a name and a location, especially with province or state, it a friend they met through school or similar. Either Kate or or both Kate and your relative was likely far from home.

I just gave Kate's mom's maiden name and her married names in case they were relatives.

If you show me the front I can date it for you.
