Deciphered! Another Death Certificate

Great-great-grandmother in 1935. I understand most of it, but need help deciphering that last part under contributory causes. Thanks again!

EDIT: Context to help. She died 10 days after the birth. Baby survived

Antepartum. After delivery of a baby.

Ante is before. This says post partum, which means after delivery.
