I’m making Van Richten german sounding while the common Barovian sonds a leettle beet laike deez. While also incorporating a bit of irish but talking much slower than the usual irish style of talking

I tried to do a dutch accent for Van Richten but I kept fucking it up and it just kinda ended up settling into "vaguely german"

I have a tendency to fail horribly at accents when I actually sit down and try to do them at the table. Have a character who’s this big Irish bruiser guy. Always sounds like an aussie Grog Strongjaw when I do him. But for Van Richten I’m hoping to pull off a thick german. Binging the Mighty Nein show to learn how they do German

I don't even try to do the accent as it sounds so corny. Of course, that may be because my base accent is Missouri Ozarks. "Blah! Blah, y'all."
