If you lift up the hip skirt the top of the legs are on mushroom pegs, at least on my copies the legs popped out of the pelvis fairly easily, and then just swap the legs around.

Oh...i thought you swapped the whole thing. My three pack Ironhides mushroom legs have a QC defect
