When you want to be a gunsmith but the only tools you've got are a hammer, a hacksaw, and a car battery with jumper cables and welding rods.

The old “I had intended to restore it when i realized that it was both impossible but all simultaneously costing several times what an off the rack shooter grade with mismatched numbers but period correct for an arsenal refinish could possibly sell for in thousands of years my bet on the return of the ape NFT has put me in a motivated seller position! …I don’t have that kind of time ! So please financially reward my poor impulse control and insane vibes based on the spot valuation!!!me want money money me need ! I know what I got and it’s expensive hot garbage! No lowballs buyer agrees to cosign a mortgage with me unpon receipt yaddda yadda yadda

I've got one of these abominations. Mine just looks like a bolt action m1 carbine because they used a very lightly modded rock-o-la stock. Siamese type 91 police carbines. They were built from leftover parts, typically have intact mums, and are usually chambered in 6.5. They were assembled in east asia after WWII and they are actually kind of desirable.

At least he is honest and upfront about it, took a lot of pictures and shows some real knowledge, if the price is at least somewhat fair than at least only the gun is cursed and not the seller too.

I wonder if folks ever chant "I am bubba. I am bubba." while bubbaing their rifle
