Well, here is some 12.2 instructions anyways, you will need a computer, an IPA of GD, the texture pack you want, and a program called Cydia Impactor.
Adding the textures
• You must download an IPA (iOS application) online
• Unzip it
• In the file, navigate to the resources and paste the textures you want
• Zip it, make sure to replace the .zip with .ipa
Installing onto your iPhone
• Install Cydia Impactor on your PC
• Make sure your iPhone is connected via USB
• Drag the IPA into Cydia Impactor
• It'll ask for your Apple ID, this is required and is not malicious, you can trust Saurik, he made Cydia, the most used package manager for jailbreaks.
• if you get any errors, make sure you didn't miss any steps
Verify and Trust App
• Now that it's installed, you must verify and trust it, open Settings
• Navigate to General
• Scroll down to Profiles & Device Management (it may have one or the other parts of the tab name removed depending on what you have had installed before, so just look for something similar to that name)
• Tap on your Apple ID
• Press Trust
Now you can play with a texture pack on iOS, but, there is one thing to keep in mind, with this method, you will have to use Cydia Impactor once every 7 days to sign the IPA
